Why is that I am not able to succeed?

As I have mentioned regarding your karma house.

Lord of Karma is Mercury and Mercury is placed in enemy house. And also degree of Mercury is quite low. This is reason for your suffering.

And moreover at the moment you are going under the sad satti. It has started approximately one and a half years back. And the coming 6 years will be quite tough for you. So make your mind, that you will have to face tough conditions.
